PROFILE AND THERMAL BREAK OF ENTRANCE DOORS SECURITY DOORS
The doors are made of aluminum profiles that feature three sealing contours around the perimeter of the leaf, as well as thermal break (made of polyamide) inside the frame and leaf.
The thermal break compensates for thermal expansion and temperature fluctuations. As a result, the profile creates a separation of temperature inside and outside, which prevents the doors from freezing, drafts, and condensation formation.
The thermal break contains a chamber where cold can transfer through the air. To eliminate this, the cavities between the aluminum profiles are additionally filled with foam polypropylene insulation, which enhances the thermal insulation and comfort of the doors during operation.


COMPACING AND FILLING
In the thermal break (frame and sash), medium and maximum seals (EPDM rubber) are installed, which reduce air convection between the frame and sash.
In addition to the main seal, there are two additional sealing contours:

External Seal: Applied to the sash.

Internal Seal: Applied to the frame.
Both contours function as a closure mechanism. The wide external contour ensures a tighter fit, preventing the penetration of cold air and moisture.
Additionally, the middle seal at the bottom of the sash tightly fits against the threshold, eliminating drafts and heat loss.
Door Construction
The door consists of a dual-panel structure with a thickness of 78 mm, made up of:

Two sturdy aluminum sheets (3 mm and 2 mm thick).

Dense polyurethane foam (60 kg/m³), providing excellent thermal and sound insulation.
Both the aluminum profile and metal sheets have the same linear expansion, ensuring the structure remains stable under all operational conditions.
Finishing Options for Doors:

Standard: Aluminum sheets with thicknesses of 3 mm and 2 mm.

Architectural Facade HPL Panels: 6 mm thickness.

Optional: Combination filling with various glass inserts for stylish design and additional natural lighting.



PANEL FINISHING MATERIALS
The SECURITY DOORS can be finished using various materials, such as:

GLAZING
In models with glazing, a three-chamber double-glazed unit with a thickness of 68 mm (4 panes of glass) is used.

Additional options:
It is possible to install protective impact-resistant glass of class P4A (laminated glass with a thickness of 16 mm), which can withstand a series of impacts from a heavy object (4.1 kg) in accordance with DSTU EN 356.
The multi-layer impact-resistant glass is bonded with a special film, making it significantly safer than regular glass. Even if broken, it does not form sharp shards – the film holds them in place, preventing fragments from scattering.

Our doors feature the GEZE Boxer concealed door closer, which ensures smooth and reliable closing without compromising the aesthetic of the interior.

FINGERPRINT ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM
The Fingerprint scanner is based on Thermal Scanners (thermal scanner) technology:

Thermal-sensitive matrix scans the temperature difference in the papillary pattern – the ridges and valleys of the fingerprint lines.

Temperature print lasts no longer than 0.01 seconds.
